Why do you indicate how natural a product is? What is the difference between them?

We indicate how natural our products are because we believe in transparency. Some products contain minimum levels of synthetics and we want to make sure our customers are aware of this. We believe in empowered choice by arming our customers with the accurate information they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their bodies. Most of our products are 100% natural but a select few contain these synthetic additives that contribute to product performance. We give the customer the ability to choose between them based on individual preference.

We currently ship only to the United States. The post office drops off the box without signature confirmation. Once your order is sent you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress to your door.

Order Processing

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the close of the following business day. Orders received on the weekend are usually processed by end of day on Monday.


We accept returns for 30 days after an order has been received. The product(s) must be returned with its original seal intact and be unused to be accepted. We will refund your order, less  shipping and handling, if you are not satisfied and once the products are shipped back to us. Email us at or send an inquiry to process a return.

In the event that a gift (free product) was received as part of an order (in the context of a gift-with-purchase promotional program), the gift must be returned along with the returned order to claim reimbursement on the full order. In the event that the gift (free product) is not returned along with the paid products, the company will refund the returned products and charge back the retail value of the gift (free product) to the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship orders within the US and US territories. We also offer international shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking information upon inquiry and request.  To date, we’ve successfully serviced customers in Canada, the UK, Netherlands, and Fiji to name a few. We simply pass on the flat fee for shipping by destination to include duties and taxes.  If you would like to receive an international order, please email us at with your name, email, phone number, mailing address and products desired for us to process your order.

When can I expect my first shipment?

You can expect your shipment to arrive 2-7 business days after it’s shipped depending on seasonal peaks.

What if I want to change my address?

Free or discounted shipping promotions are frequently offered. Usually a purchase minimum is required.
